Newly surfaced video from January 13, 2026 shows Alex Pretti (37, intensive care nurse at Minneapolis VA) with a handgun in his waistband, aggressively kicking and damaging a federal Border Patrol SUV's tail light, spitting at agents during immigration enforcement protests.
