Ben Askren Interview • UFC Fighter and World Class Wrestler Shares His Fatherhood Journey

Ben Askren is a First Class Father, World Class Wrestler and former Professional MMA Fighter. During high school, he became a two–time WIAA state champion out of Arrowhead High School in Wisconsin. In college, Ben wrestled for the Missouri Tigers where he was a two–time NCAA Division I national champion (four–time finalist), and three–time Big 12 Conference champion. Ben was a member of the United States Olympic wrestling team and competed in the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics. In 2009 he made his professional MMA debut and won 19 fights before suffering his first loss.
