ICE agents in Biddeford, Maine, were forced to defend themselves when a 26-year-old Colombian man with an active deportation order allegedly drove his vehicle directly at them during an enforcement operation.
The man was fatally shot after the attempted att@ck. This is the second fatal ICE-involved incident in under a week as federal agents carry out critical immigration enforcement.
The FBI, Maine State Police, and Attorney General’s Office are investigating. Eyewitness accounts and video show agents responding after the vehicle advanced toward them.
