Lindsay Clancy jury deadlocked. Times Square suspect identified. Newsmax CEO Christopher Ruddy joins The Alec Lace Show.

Jurors in the Lindsay Clancy trial in Plymouth, Massachusetts, told Judge William Sullivan they could not reach a unanimous verdict after multiple days of deliberations. Clancy faces three first-degree counts in the January 24, 2023 Duxbury case involving her children Cora, 5; Dawson, 3; and Callan, 8 months. The defense has argued she was not criminally responsible because of postpartum psychosis. The judge ordered the jury to continue after a trial with more than 80 witnesses and more than 300 exhibits.

NYPD identified 49-year-old Pamela Cisneros of Queens in Monday’s Times Square incident on Seventh Avenue. Authorities called the attack random and unprovoked. 32-year-old Erin Piacenti of Chester, New Jersey, a Bank of America vice president, was the first victim identified. A 68-year-old man was also injured and later listed in stable condition. Police said Cisneros had a documented mental-health history with the NYPD.
